The back door opens into the porch and kitchen/diner where you will find a welcome basket on the dining table with local goodies for a proper Welsh welcome to start your holiday. If you decide to eat in the kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, perhaps put on the Smart TV for inspiration from a cookery programme or just have music in the background. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the separate utility room. The views are stunning from the large picture window in the spacious lounge with very comfortable sofas, large Smart TV and the wood burner for cosy nights in. Along the corridor you will find the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, where you can relax in a bubble bath or take a leisurely shower. There are three bedrooms to choose from one king-size, one double and one single all with Smart TVs. The house is full of all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay.

The enclosed garden to the rear of the property has a paved patio area with table, chairs and charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining or just relax on the lawn with a good book. The seating in the front garden is a great spot for coffee and to embrace the sunrise and sunsets over the hills. There is a secure garage for bicycles and space for a canoe in the garden too. There is ample parking on the private drive for up to three cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20 for up to 7 nights, £40 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20 for every week or part week thereafter.

Really lovely cottage. Everything within a short drive. Lots of nice walks from the cottage. Brilliant for my elderly father and a great enclosed garden for the dog. Owners were very helpful and the welcome pack was very much appreciated.
