Stylishly refurbished in 2017 this stone house is on three levels. From the garden you enter the bright conservatory through to the stunning kitchen/diner with a wood burner effect gas fire in the feature fireplace. The washing machine and tumble dryer are close to hand in the corridor to the conservatory. Head up the stairs to the cosy lounge with inglenook fireplace and wood burner effect gas fire encouraging you to relax on the sofa, read a good book or watch a film on TV. Unwind in a bubble bath in the spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also access to the front door from the hall. Meander up the next flight of stairs to the welcoming twin bedroom and double bedroom with en-suite WC.

The enclosed pretty garden is perfect to enjoy tea and cakes or BBQ on the patio with table and chairs by the conservatory, or head down to another patio area with furniture by the river to catch a glimpse of the heron, listen to the babbling river as you relax and admire the well-stocked borders in the garden. This cottage is wonderful - possibly the best holiday cottage weve ever used. Super clean, beautiful, well organised and works brilliantly with the dogs. Little things like having an outside hose for mucky boots and muddy dogs make such a difference to a walking holiday. The kitchen is well equipped without too much clutter and we were left a lovelRead morey welcome pack by the owners who have been kind and helpful on both our stays. Weve visited Min Y Don twice now and hope to return in the future! Hide

Excellent accommodation I can honestly say this is the best place we have ever found. Perfect location with everything on your doorstep, we didn't need to drive anywhere. The accommodation itself was perfect in every way. Sitting in the conservatory when the weather wasn't the best or down by the river when it was a bit warmer. Everything we neededRead more had been provided. Owners were helpful and it was a pleasure speaking tothem. Our dog also loved the enclosed and safe garden. Would love to return. Hide

The cottage, which is one of the best we have stayed in over the years, is in an excellent location. Betws y Coed has some lovely picturesque walks and also a varied selection of restaurants and pubs to choose from after a good day's walking! ByC is also the best place to go shopping for walking gear.

The cottage, facilities & location were ideal for us and could not really fault any of it. The little welcome pack was also appreciated and car parking was also not a problem All in all we would gladly revisit and have already recommended it to friends
