Up the private drive, past the owners home the property nestles on the gravelled courtyard with superb countryside views. Enjoy a coffee on the bench looking down the drive, alfresco dining on the patio area with table, chairs, charcoal BBQ and lovely views towards the standing stones. There are also a number of shared places to sit and relax in the 9 acres of grounds, maybe picnic on the lawn beyond the patio or head to the shade of the trees. If you are bringing your bike there is a lockable store and outside tap with hose available. Plenty of outside space for your canoe or kayak. The spacious, vaulted ceiling games barn is also accessible from the courtyard and offers a wide range of fun activities to enjoy, including Free View TV with large wall projection, Nintendo Wii, darts, table tennis, slate bed pool table and high quality hi-fi system. Electric car Tesla charger on site. Ample private parking on site, within walking distance of the property.

This cottage was so well presented and equipped it was like home from home. It is spacious and in lovely gardens. The games room was a bonus when the weather wasn't so kind. Perfect for a quiet stay as it is a drive to get to anything at all.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very well equipped and clean and a great location for exploring Snowdonia National Park. The games room provided good entertainment although take some pound coins for the pool table.

This was a very last minute booking. As we had checked in elsewhere which was damp and dirty (not through this company) I searched online and found this property. We had a fantastic time at this spacious and well appointed property. The quality of the fixtures, fittings and decoration is excellent. All the family had great fun in the games room and the secure bike storage is an added bonus. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and this all added to a great holiday.
