This really is an all year round destination.

This attractive barn has a welcoming lobby, with interesting artworks and plenty of space for your coats and boots, opening onto the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner flooded with natural light. Open the French doors, listen to the birdsong and step in to the patio area with wonderful views over the grounds and beyond. If you decide to eat in the well-equipped kitchen area has all you need to prepare a meal with the electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, alongside all the thoughtful little extras creating a lovely space to cook in. The dining table is well placed for everyone to gather round and enjoy a meal together. Relax on the comfy sofas, play board games, plan tomorrow’s activities and embrace the wonderful views. On chillier evenings light the ready-laid wood burner and watch TV, a DVD or lose yourself in a good book. Along the corridor on the ground floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom which leads to a stylish en-suite shower room located on a slightly lower level. Head up the wide staircase to the stunning family bathroom with freestanding bath, shower cubicle and WC. Why not unwind in a relaxing bubble bath. There is a spacious twin bedroom with TV and further along the corridor is the superb double bedroom leading one step down into an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, inner hall with additional dressing room. A well maintained, spacious and tastefully decorated cottage (Owl Loft) for our family of 5 on a cycling break. The owners, Gail and Jerry gave us a very warm welcome on arrival and were always close at hand if needed. Owl Loft is well positioned to reach the many MTB centre's and other activities in Snowdonia, many within 30 mins drive, including Read morethe local shops in Bala. Set in wonderful grounds with some lovely views. The children 11, 16, 19 really enjoyed the games room in the evening. Hide
