Beautifully and tastefully refurbished in 2016, this fantastic three-storey period house is located on the water’s edge and offers spacious accommodation with a coastal garden and panoramic sea views.
 

This fantastic property is ideally situated for discovering the vibrant town of Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey. Well known for its Victorian pier, medieval castle and gaol, and with plenty of independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, Beaumaris has plenty to see and do. You could take a boat trip to Puffin Island, go sea fishing, discover the Christmas market, visit the art festival and galleries or simply stroll along the beach in the sunshine. Attractions within easy reach include Anglesey Sea Zoo, Pili Palas Nature World and the Hidden Gardens of Plas Cadnant. Walking and cycling are year-round pastimes here with a fabulous choice of footpaths and cycle paths connecting to the Anglesey Coastal Path.

On entering this beautiful and welcoming property, you will find yourself in the attractive and tastefully decorated lounge/diner. Going upstairs to the first floor, you will find four more bedrooms. There are two king-size rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room with WC. Just brilliant perfect for our family gathering for Dads 80th, he enjoyed it so much we even timed it with the Christmas tree turn on so enjoyed the parade and fireworks too. On arrival we were welcomed by the owner who gave a tour and was very friendly. We were provided with a starter hamper of milk bread butter etc which was very gratefully welcomed. The property was clean. Comfortable and an ideal place for an extended family gathering. We had a catered for in-house 3 course meal which was fantastic too. Thoughtfully and generously modernised, this house accommodated a large family gathering with ease and comfort. We enjoyed preparing some big meals together in the well-appointed kitchen. The views across the Menai strait are very fine, and it provides a good base for exploring the island (and mainland nearby).

Beautiful house with great outdoor space and fantastic views over Snowdonia, the town of Beuamaris has everything you need from an excellent butchers to a great bakery right on you doorstep. For a larger shop the town of Bangor is just a short distance away and has all the supermarkets required for a full weekly shop. We spent the weekend at chimney corner for a family joint birthday celebration 30 and 50 and had the most amazing weekend. The house was perfect, amazing views and had everything we needed.the castle is at the end of the street and numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity. Would definitely recommend.

We had a really lovely stay. The house is beautiful and the owner really does go above and beyond. The rooms are so beautiful and the views are breathtaking. We had 6 children with us and they very much enjoyed the space to play and loved playing hide & seek in all the bedrooms. This is a brilliant well equipped cottage with excellent facilities and utterly wonderful views of Snowdonia across the Menai Strait. It is beautifully situated on the main shopping street, but very quiet. Fantastic house for a large party.

The cottage is absolutely stunning in a great location in Beaumaris. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and even posted us our toddler's missing Duplo dog when he resurfaced a few days after we left - thank you for a great weekend!
