PART OF A TRADITIONAL WELSH LONG HOUSE SET ON THE BEAUTIFUL LLYN PENINSULA

This cottage forms one part of a traditional Welsh Longhouse, perfect for relaxing at the end of a day exploring. With a large rugged coastline and the stunning Snowdonia National Park within easy reach, the Llyn Peninsula is a fabulous base for an active family holiday, or last minute romantic escape.

Long stretches of sand to be found on the Southern beaches and isolated crags and surfers bays on the Northern coastline. Abersoch's main beach is worth a mention as its super sandy and sheltered so great for learning to water ski, sail or wake board. When you've tired of the beaches then head off to the hills for a whole new perspective on the countryside. There are "starter" hills on the Peninsula itself, or head off into Snowdonia for summits to shout about. There is heaps of adventure to be had in this part of Wales, from sailing in nearby Pwllheli, fishing, go karting, Coasteering, Caving, mountains biking and spectacular walking for all levels on The Wales National Coastal Path.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 ground floor double, 1 twin, 1 double. Two Bathrooms: with bath with hand-held shower and WC, on the ground floor. Wet room: with shower and WC, on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner, TV, DVD and French doors to the garden. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob, Rayburn, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine/dryer. Outside: garden with outdoor furniture. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric oil fired radiators included. Electric charged approximately £20 per week, payable direct with owners. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach 5 miles and shop within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm

SLEEPS 2 - 6 (+1) : Three bedrooms, bedding included. A downstairs master bedroom, an upstairs twin with two traditional single iron beds and a triple bedroom, attic style and best suited for children with three mattresses on the floor.

RELAXING: Sitting room with wood burning fire place (logs available to order locally) and french windows leading out to the garden. Sofa and chairs, tv / dvd / radio / Wi-Fi.

HEATING: There is a wood burning stove, plus oil fired electric radiators and heated towel rails in the bathrooms

COOKING: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, electric oven, ceramic hob, Rayburn and dining table.

BATHING: Two bathrooms, one with shower, basin and loo. The other with bath, basin and loo. Please bring your own towels to this property.

OUTSIDE: Large private garden with outdoor furniture and parking.

TOWELS: Please provide your own towels. Bedding is included.

ELECTRICITY: There is a surcharge for electricity use at the cottage, an honesty book is in the cottage and the surcharge is dealt with directly with the owner. An approximate cost is £20 per week for normal usage.

PETS: Sorry, this is a pet free property

KIDS: Really welcome, unfortunately there is no cot or highchair available at this cottage
