A lovely tidy, clean, airy, spacious cottage with a great little sun trap outside. Comfortable beds and sofas. Everything was clean and tidy and is in a great location to explore Barmouth and the surrounding area.

I booked the middle barn to celebrate my girlfriends 30th along with her family so that she could climb Snowdon. We were all pleasantly delighted with the cottage and how nice it was. Its proximity to fairbourne, Barmouth and Snowdon only just over an hour away. We had a perfect week and cant wait to come again in the future.

The property was just as described, absolutely first class. everything was there that you needed, we stayed over the Christmas period (6 adults) and had a truly fabulous time. There is plenty of room so no one got under each others feet. The cottage was really warm and the beds comfortable. would we stay there again YES! and highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was amazing! It was a great social space for all our friends and we felt so comfortable the whole stay. We brought our dog too and it was very dog friendly. You could tell a lot of care has gone into providing this accommodation and it shows. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped. Access to the third bedroom is through a second larger bedroom, so for larger parties that might be a problem. Ample parking for 2 cars. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, crumpets, and fresh flowers was an unexpected bonus. Location is just a few hundred yards from FairbournRead moree with its shops and railway station. This is a great cottage. Hide

We have just spent a lovely long weekend at Middle Barn. The cottage was perfect for the 5 of us & our dog. It is lovely & light, very clean, airy & modern. There was lots of cooking equipment, crockery & thoughtful extra touches, we could easily have spent longer here. We enjoyed walking in the hills behind the farm & down towards the Beach & RailRead moreway. We walked across the railway bridge to Barmouth too. To drive to Barmouth is about 30 minutes & Tywyn 20 minutes. Hide

The cottage is situated in a lovely quiet location on the southern side of an Estuary. The only drawback is when you wish to access the main tourist areas one must travel about 1 hour mainly over the same roads ! When you like me prefer to travel off the beaten track then after the first 7 miles, there are several alternative routes that however taRead moreke more time. Set in a beautiful but remote location. There is a steep single car lane up to the cottages which is also used for the activity centre and campsite further up the lane. The cottage was very clean, bed linen and towels provided. There was fresh milk, bread, butter and jam, tea, coffee, sugar and condimentson arrival. Plenty of room, there were five Read moreadults and a dog in our party and we did not feel confined in the large space downstairs. Bedrooms also were roomy and comfortable. Hide

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, lots of nice places to go for walks.. pet friendly, house was well equipped, you could tell a lot of thought had gone into making sure everything you needed was there. We actually ate in every night as we loved the open kitchen dining room it was nice to cook and have a family meal together. Not far from BarmoutRead moreh, but we only made this trip once a day as the traffic is busy and you have to go over the toll bridge (toll man very unpleasant!) Hide
