1 OF 2 BEAUTIFUL BARN CONVERSIONS WITH GARDEN SET IN IDYLLIC COUNTRYSIDE LOCATION - SLEEPS 2+2

Two lovingly refurbished properties with spacious rooms and a contemporary feel set in 95 acre farm with donkeys, pony and geese. Located in a small hamlet near to Caerwys, the smallest town in Wales.

Caerwys, is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between the Clwydian Hills and the North Wales Coast, and offers shop, post office, café, butcher, golf course and boasts superb cuisine in the local pubs. Nearby are Mold, Denbigh and Ruthin with restaurants, shops, galleries and craft centres. If you enjoy miles of golden sand, swimming, watersports and fishing head north to the Blue Flag beach at Prestatyn or visit the lakes in Brenig or Bala. Snowdonia National Park and the Coastal Path are within easy reach too, together with Surf Snowdonia and Zip World which holds the longest zip line in Europe. History lovers can visit the city of Chester, Victorian Llandudno, castles at Rhuddlan and Conwy to name but a few.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms with sloping ceilings: 1 double with TV, iPod dock/alarm clock and 1 twin. Please note that there is a £75 supplement per additional bed used if the occupancy is more than 2 guests. Shower room: with shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge with Smart TV, DVD and music system. Kitchen/diner: well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Arrival time: 4pm

Outside: Access to shared garden with lawn and patio furniture. Access to shared tumble dryer. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. A cosy, comfortable, warm, quiet, well equipped property. Plenty of space for 4, with delightful underfloor heating.

Very clean and well equipped. Sort out wi-fi and it will be perfect. Useful location for any direction you wish to travel.
