Located in the heart Eglwysbach village, close to the well-known pub, and near to Conwy, a World Heritage Site with castle, town walls, independent shops, eateries and fishing harbour. Put on your walking boots or get ready on your bicycle to discover gentle strolls to challenging climbs with breath-taking views and an abundance of sites to see along the way. Visit the RSPB Reserve for wildlife watching, go river fishing or have an adventure at Zip World and Surf Snowdonia. Taste the delights in a plethora of pubs, restaurants, cafes and the Welsh Food Centre, visit the collection of shops and attractions in and around the area from National Trust sites such as Bodnant Gardens to Britain's Smallest House.

The house is aptly named with rooms in all directions, enter into the cosy dining room with feature fireplace and traditional Welsh dresser. From here head up the stairs to two bedrooms, one double and one single, both with garden views. Or on the ground floor, passing the bright bathroom with bath and WC, go through the well-equipped galley kitchen to the spacious conservatory with sofas and access to garden and secret courtyard. From the sunny conservatory head to the cosy lounge with wood burner and large TV, perfect for a night in. Here you will find the shower room with shower and WC and another twisting staircase to a double bedroom. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the dining table, afternoon tea in the conservatory, a game of pool, table tennis or foosball in the games room or just relax in the hot tub and enjoy the pretty garden. The spacious utility room has the obvious washing machine, tumble dryer and sink with oodles of space for your boots, coats, wet suits and active gear. There are so many rooms and spaces to be together and plan another day of your holiday, just perfect for you.

Outside, the pretty garden is fully enclosed with lawn, well stocked borders, hot tub and games room. There are table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining to embrace the view or get engrossed in a good book. There is bike and canoe storage available and ample off-road parking in the enclosed garden.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Lovely owners,lovely place, Games room is more than equipt for children of any age local pub is brilliant a shame its not open every day but brilliant when it is bodnant gardens is a must see.

Stayed at the Tardis cottage for seven nights in mid October with our two dogs. This was the first time we have stayed here but hopefully wont be our last. The accommodation is superb, we wanted for nothing. We cannot rate this holiday home and the owners of the property highly enough, top class!

Excellent choice for a laidback holiday with the family. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 dogs. The games room is perfectly equipped and ideal for a wet day. The location is brilliant for exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside

This is a lovely holiday cottage, very comfortable and has just about everything you could need in it. We went with our 2 sons one is 26 and the other 28 and we a lot of fun in the games room and they loved the hot tub. It is very well situated for exploring the north of Wales. Our cottage was just perfect for my husband ,myself, our son 24, daughter 22 and 2 dogs. We felt really relaxed and managed to reconnect with each other. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We just couldn't fault it.

It is a lovely cottage in a lovely location. The owners have gone above and beyond in providing everything that you need. i.e. washing up liquid, t towels, etc. Also a very nice touch was the big bowl of fresh fruit, selection of tea bags, milk and welsh cake. Amazing place to stay, in the country next to a lovely pub (no noise). Few miles to beaches, lots of facilities, hot tub games room. Lovely rooms and sun lounge, secure parking, beautiful garden. Owners and there dog very friendly and helpful we will be back.

We had a great time at the cottage. Owners were very helpful when needed and not intrusive at all. Nice touches with essentials waiting for us and fruit/cake as well. Loved the games room and hot tub. Local pub dudnice food and we had some lovely trips out. We were very lucky with the weather too. Already trying to plan our next trip here.

We enjoyed staying in the Tardis, it had everything that we wanted. We had a warm welcome on arrival by the owners and were treated to Welsh Cakes and a lovely bowl of fruit. What a lovely place to stay! Super location in a pretty village, with a great local pub only a few steps away! The accommodation was excellent with plenty of heating for chilly evenings. Great games room, laundry facilities and a fab hot tub. Our dog was made to feel very welcome and our boys loved playing in the spacious garden.

We had a fantastic half term holiday in this lovely cottage. It was well equipped and the layout meant there was plenty of room to spread out. Perfect for our teenage sons. The local pub is highly recommended for food. The owners are on hand and really nice and helpful. We will be back - hopefully in better weather!
