A beautifully refurbished house in the delightful town of Abergavenny, perfectly positioned to enjoy the many food festivals and markets before heading out to the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains.

This super semi-detached cottage, refurbished in 2018, sits in a pleasant street in the heart of the beautiful market town of Abergavenny. Famous for an eclectic range of shops, pubs and restaurants and regular food festivals and markets and all within walking distance. Visit nearby galleries, museums and historic castles at Grosmont, White Castle and Raglan. Interesting days out at world heritage site, Blaenavon Iron Works and The Big Pit or even enjoy some star gazing at the Brecon Beacons Visitor Centre. There are plenty of activities to enjoy including riding, golf, kayaking on the Usk and Wye or a visit to Hay-on-Wye, the town of books, which is within easy reach.

Heading up the stairs you will find the three beautiful bedrooms, two twin zip-and-link beds (that can be made into super-king-size on request) and the third bedroom which has a raised single cabin bed, with an additional single bed below, suitable for both adults and children. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. The cottage has Netflix, Amazon Prime and several other channels apart from the BBC free channels as well as an ALEXA DOT for unlimited music and many other functions for those who enjoy the techie side of life .

Outside there is a rear enclosed patio garden. This sunny space has a lovely summer house and a storage area for cyclists. There is free road side parking at the property.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
