Spacious semi-detached property situated in an idyllic rural location on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, set within attractive gardens, boasting its own private outdoor swimming pool and private hot tub.

This property enjoys a quiet rural location on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, making it the ideal location for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits and scenic landscapes. Of course, there are miles of country walks to be enjoyed, but for something a bit different why not go underground at The National Show Caves at Dan Yr Ogof, just nine miles north of the property. Or maybe you’d prefer to climb up instead of down and visit one of the outdoor centres which offer climbing and abseiling. For a more cosmopolitan experience, the city of Swansea is just sixteen miles south of the property and is an excellent destination for keen shoppers, as well as those who might like to visit the city’s castle or the National Waterfront Museum. There are even beaches within easy reach, either on Swansea Bay, or a little further away on the beautiful Gower Peninsula.

When guests arrive at this property, they will find that the spacious lounge is the ideal place to unwind after their journey. There are several comfortable sofas to spread out on, as well as a feature fireplace and a TV/DVD. Just off from the lounge is the conservatory dining area, which is a delightful place to enjoy relaxed meals whilst enjoying the views across the garden to the pool. The kitchen, meanwhile, is well-equipped and offers an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a convenient WC on the ground floor. On the first floor, meanwhile, there are three bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC. The first of the bedrooms is a king-size room which enjoys spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. The second bedroom is a super-king which can be made up as a twin on request, whilst the third bedroom is a restful single room.

Outside, the property enjoys a spacious garden with well-tended lawns, where guests will find the fantastic swimming pool. There is also a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ which is the perfect spot for relaxing with alfresco drinks between swims.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
