Detached period property offering attractive, spacious accommodation for up to six guests, enjoying a fantastic location in the seaside village of Saundersfoot within walking distance of the beach and shops.

This property is located in the popular resort village of Saudersfoot, on the Pembrokeshire coast. The village beach is a popular destination for holidaymakers, with its expanse of golden sand which gently slopes into the sea, making it ideal for swimmers, paddlers, and watersports enthusiasts alike. The area surrounding the village has many more beaches to choose from, should visitors fancy a change of scene, and also offers a good number of historic sites including the castles at Pembroke, Carew, and Manorbier. There is also plenty for younger visitors to enjoy, with the theme park at Oakwood being just a short drive away, as are the Dinosaur Park and Folly Farm Zoo and Adventure Park.

On arrival at this handsome, double-fronted property, guests will come to the first of two lounges: an elegant room with a deep sofa, feature fireplace, and a TV/DVD. This is a great space for guests to relax and unwind, as is the second lounge which is a favourite with younger guests thanks to the TV and games console which provide fun entertainment at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Moving through to the kitchen/diner, guests will find a dining table seating six, as well as good range of equipment including a double oven, hob, and microwave, whilst the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer can be found in a separate utility room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the first of these being a relaxing and light-filled double room with a large bay window. The second bedroom is a pleasant twin room which also has an additional pull-out single bed which can be used to accommodate a sixth guest. The third and final bedroom is a restful single room, whilst the spacious bathroom, which can also be found on the first floor, offers a shower-over-bath and WC.

To the rear of the property, guests will find an enclosed garden where a generously-sized decked seating area offers the perfect space to relax over alfresco drinks or meals in the warmer months. There is off-road parking provided for 2 cars.

This is a lovely house in a great location, spotlessly clean & well equipped, very comfortable. A short walk to the beach & shops. Lots to do locally, great for all ages.

This property is in a brilliant location, just a short stroll from the village centre. There are all the facilities you could need nearby. The house is spacious and there was just enough room for 4 adults and a toddler without getting in each others way. Nice decked area to the rear. Great that it has parking for two cars.
