This comfortably furnished accommodation is set in a block of just four similar properties down a quiet lane, which is a very short walk from the coast. Approached via an external staircase this is a good sized home from which to enjoy Pembrokeshire’s many delights.

With golden sandy beaches and a quaint harbour with boats bobbing up and down, Saundersfoot is a fantastic year round holiday destination. The coastal path runs right along the village and stretches for 186 miles, ideal for walkers and wildlife enthusiasts. Tenby is 3 miles away, with cobbled streets and plenty of interesting shops and restaurants. For the thrill seekers, Wales’ largest theme park, Oakwood which has the longest wooden rollercoaster in Europe, is a short drive. History enthusiasts have a lot to choose from with Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke offering stunning castles that are open to the public.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 small double (4ft). Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV and DVD. Kitchen area, with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: communal garden. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. very close to town center and sea front 5 minute walk.very compact and clean and comfortable steepish staircase up to front door.roadway to flat is rough{40 metres.]quiet situation.handy for many tourist attractions.

The holiday flat has the comforts of home, however, the external property pictures need amending as it gives the impression that the property has sea views, which is does not have, though close to the beach.
