FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT WITH PARKING LESS THAN 300M FROM THE SANDY BEACH

This comfortably furnished accommodation is set in a block of just four similar properties down a quiet lane, which is a very short walk from the coast. Approached via an external staircase this is a good sized home from which to enjoy Pembrokeshire’s many delights.

With golden sandy beaches and a quaint harbour with boats bobbing up and down, Saundersfoot is a fantastic year round holiday destination. The coastal path runs right along the village and stretches for 186 miles, ideal for walkers and wildlife enthusiasts. Tenby is 3 miles away, with cobbled streets and plenty of interesting shops and restaurants. For the thrill seekers, Wales’ largest theme park, Oakwood which has the longest wooden rollercoaster in Europe, is a short drive. History enthusiasts have a lot to choose from with Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke offering stunning castles that are open to the public.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 small double (4ft). Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV and DVD. Kitchen area, with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: communal garden. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach, shop and pub within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm

The holiday flat has the comforts of home, however, the external property pictures need amending as it gives the impression that the property has sea views, which is does not have, though close to the beach.

This is a fantastic apartment. Home from home. Obviously recently beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. Having 2 double beds (albeit one was 4ft - but that was fine) was great. It's so close to the beach and there are many eating places in Saundersfoot - something for everyone. Didn't expect to get wifi but we had it which Read morewas great. It's a top floor apartment so accessed by new metal staircase which may not be good for some, but we were fine. Great find. Hide

Nice and clean, in a good location for the beach, less than a 5 minute walk. Owners are also very friendly.
