This super apartment was part of a converted former hotel, refurbished in 2016 and is less than 200 metres from the delightful harbour and golden sandy beaches of Saundersfoot, making this a fantastic year-round holiday destination. The coastal path runs through the seaside village and stretches for 186 miles, ideal for wildlife lovers and walking enthusiasts.Lots of interesting shops and restaurants in Saundersfoot and in nearby Tenby to discover. There are plenty of family attractions within a short drive including Folly Farm, Manor Wildlife Park and Oakwood Theme Park. Places of historic interest in almost every direction with castles at Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke offering stunning castles that are open to the public, to name but a few.

Enter this delightful ground floor accommodation straight into the good sized and stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The light and airy lounge area has a sofa and chair and a TV with Netflix, keeping all guests entertained and access from here to the open decked area. Any budding chefs won’t be left alone, as there is a dining table and chairs to sit and chat at alongside the well laid out kitchen area with combination microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. From the lounge area into the beautiful super-king-size bedroom with TV, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and en-suite with shower and WC. There are no internal steps within the property making this a great base for couples of all ages.

Outside, there is a private balcony with furniture and a glimpse of the sea that is just 200 metres away. Off-road parking for one car with this apartment, ample public parking within walking distance.

Additional info: there is a £50 key deposit payable on arrival and refunded when key is returned on departure.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

It was a great comfortable apartment . We took our collie dog there was a bed bowls very good. The only reason we won't go back is there's nowhere for dogs to go to toilet other than the tarmac. And if all property's are full it's not ideal. We were the only people there so it was ok. Just followed my dog around to pick up any mess which he didn't Read moredo very often because no grass. The apartment was very comfortable indeed. The bed was huge and the seating area lovely. It was spotlessly clean. Wifi was reliable, and the TVs most welcome when the weather was bad. The town was very close by and provided every need; the beach and coastal walks were superb.

A great location! Can leave the car and walk to everything within min. Great beach for dogs right hand side of the harbour. Bed was very comfy. Very clean all mod cons. You will need to take everything though, Black sacks, tea bags, salt, vinegar etc. Not much outside privacy or safe wee wee area for dogs.

Saundersfoot itself is really beautiful with a lovely beach and harbour area, providing plenty of eating and everything you need. Pembrokeshire was a lovely place to explore. This property was spotlessly clean but was short on utensils and we found the mattress to be very hard. It is overlooked by a block of appartments not shown on the descriptionRead more, so don't expect too much privacy outside and the parking situation is not for the feint hearted. Beautiful property with great modern facilities and just a 3 minute walk to the beautiful seafront at Saundersfoot. Great for those with a dog. Would highly recommend. We will certainly be visiting again.
