Detached bungalow a few hundred metres from the sandy beach and harbour, within walking distance are pubs, restaurants, shops and coastal trails galore. Tenby and other attractions are close by.

Set off the Ridgeway, this super bungalow approached via a few steps from your private parking layby, has charm, character and a surprisingly spacious interior. You can see the sea from your doorstep. Saundersfoot beach is a short walk away and retains an expansive pet friendly area. The village has a bustling harbour and a host of shops, pubs and eateries making this a fantastic year round holiday destination, ideal for families, walkers and wildlife enthusiasts. Tenby with its cobbled streets and golden sands is a short distance by car. There is a plethora of attractions within a short drive including Manor House Wildlife Park, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park. Nearby Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke also offer stunning castles.

Enter the front hall with a cosy lounge to the left with sofas, chairs, a feature fireplace and TV/DVD. Opposite is a good-sized twin bedroom with TV. Proceed through to the large open-plan kitchen/diner which has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This room leads you out to the sunny conservatory with seating that looks out to the garden. From the dining area there is another hallway from where you access a double bedroom and the bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. There is also a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.

Venturing outside you will find a patio area with a charcoal BBQ, large table and seating for six where you can enjoy outdoor dining. There is a large enclosed rear garden which has two reclining chairs and a bench table located just a few steps up from the patio. There is off-road parking for one family car or two small cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Lovely "comfy" feel to the cottage - had a virtually everything anyone could want - a nice walk into Saundersfoot - would be a bit of a challenge for anyone with mobility issues .

We would recommend Melrose - it had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in Saundersfoot. It was very clean and tidy and well furnished - very homely. It is approximately a 10-15 walk down to the front and all the amenities in Saundersfoot. The parking is good for 2 cars as we were allowed to use the neighbour's parking bay and this helped iRead moremmensely. Highly recommended property in lovely surroundings. Hide

The bungalow was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The welcome we received from the owners was exceptionally friendly and they had left us supplies for our arrival. We took our dog and the garden area was very safe for him and we were able to leave him to roam around knowing that he could not 'escape'.

Lovely cottage,very homely and well presented. Door to conservatory doesn't open fully.Everything else in good working order. Beautiful outlook from the lounge and back garden is lovely,plentiful seating area and well kept. Home made Welsh cakes and milk left on arrival was a very nice touch and much appreciated.

The cottage is situated 5 minutes walk up a hill from the harbour. There is a double room with en-suite, another small double room, not en-suite but a bathroom next to it with a hallway with doors both end so it can become the en-suite or the family bathroom if required. There is also a large light twin room at the front of the property. The properRead morety is clean and very comfotable very well equipped. Nice garden but the grass could have done with being cut.
