The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Down the stairs into the open-plan lounge/diner, this spacious room, with double height ceiling has a cosy wood burner and access to the outside. The views are second to none and the light and airy feeling follows through to the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, there is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a further double bedroom on the ground floor with lovely views out to the river. To complete this property you will find a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Step outside to the garden where there is a very large patio, overlooking the water, with glass balustrades to maximise the views and a wonderful hot tub, perfect for star gazing in comfort. There is additional fencing and a gate that leads, right down to the water, where care should be taken. There is off-road parking for four cars.
