WELCOMING DETACHED HOUSE LESS THAN A MILE FROM COAST, HARBOUR AND SHOPS

This home away from home, freshly refurbished for the 2017 season, is set in the corner of a cul-de-sac in the small village of New Hedges. With a sunny south facing garden, this a lovely spot from which to enjoy the many attractions of beautiful Pembrokeshire.

Nearby Saundersfoot is a super year round holiday destination, with a beautiful golden sandy beach which has a dog-friendly section, and harbour offering seasonal boat trips. Tenby is also approximately 1 mile away, with cobbled streets and plenty of interesting shops and restaurants. There is much to see and do nearby with a coastal path that stretches 186 miles and a plethora of historic castles open to the public. Pembrokeshire also has many visitor attractions such as Heatherton, Manor House Zoo, Folly Farm and Wales’ largest theme park, Oakwood which has the longest wooden rollercoaster in Europe. There is something for the whole family to enjoy.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 single. Bathroom: with bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner effect electric fire, TV and DVD. A small selection of DVD's are available. Kitchen: with electric range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Dining room: with access to garden. Outside: enclosed rear garden with patio and pond. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric, gas central heating and Wi-Fi included. Iron and ironing board. Travel cot and highchair. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: children and pets must be supervised near the pond. Location: beach, shop and pub within walking distance.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Well located for walking to Tenby and Sandersfoot, local Tavern offers good home cooked meals at a value for money price. Local amenities are well met if you dont feel like walking to town. The house is warm and welcoming and there is a nice sunny contained garden suitable for little feet to be safe and secure.

Perfect for families with a dog .Very spacious and well equipped. Excellent location lots of walks to beaches from propety although if wet beware can be slippery.

Fantastic location only 5 mins drive into Tenby,shop 2 mins walk away. Very comfortable house with great appliances and enclosed garden was great for my dog. We had a fantastic time

We had a great weeks stay at Puddleduck Cottage. The owners had very thoughtfully provided a welcome pack, including a bottle of Prosecco. The cottage is in an ideal location to reach all surrounding areas, and has all the facilities you would need for a very comfortable stay.

Excellent location, it even has a shop 20 strides out of the front door. Lovely welcome pack and bus stop right outside the front that is regular. The house should be amazing. The neighbour loves his cars. Loud.
