Situated in a peaceful cul de sac within walking distance to the town centre and coastal path, with spacious accommodation ideal for families and friends to enjoy the scenic countryside and coastline with beautiful beaches.

Fishguard, with its picturesque harbour has an array of gift shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs and offers the opportunity of viewing the Last Invasion Tapestry, which has been compared to the Bayeux Tapestry. For enthusiastic walkers, join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which stretches 186 miles and explore east towards Dinas Head and the beautiful Newport Sands, with the opportunity to watch dolphins and seals. Newport Links Golf Course is also situated nearby, with stunning views across the bay. The beautiful Preseli Hills are just a short drive away, where you can visit the historic Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber. St. Davids, the smallest city in the UK, with its magnificent cathedral and Bishop's Palace is also close by, together with nearby family attractions such as Castell Henllys. A wealth of festivals throughout the year also take place in Fishguard, including the Fishguard Folk Festival in May, the International Music Festival in July and the Aberjazz Jazz & Blues Festival in August.

Utility room: with washing machine and fridge/freezer. Outside: an enclosed rear garden with patio area with garden furniture. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Ropeyard cottage is well equipped and well located but still in a peacfull setting 5 mins walk from the town square where your find some excelent pubs which serve quality food

Lovely cottage very clean easy walk to town and shops.Fishguard is quite small but has most things you may need,no big supermarkets co-op well stocked and close.Walks around Fishguard are great although some are steep.Lower town well worth a visit also the marine walk to Goodwick.Good coffe shops and cafes.

Comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for families and has a good supply of books and games. Best cottage we have ever stayed in.
