Cosy shepherds hut with enclosed garden set in 40 acres, on a working farm near to Aberaeron and Lampeter. Idyllic spot to enjoy activities and discover Ceredigion’s coast, countryside and culture.

Peaceful retreat on a working farm, with uninterrupted countryside views. Located in Creuddyn Bridge close to the pretty seaside town of Aberaeron and the university town of Lampeter. The area, with sandy beaches and majestic mountains, offers a plethora of events, activities, eateries, independent shops, museums and galleries. There is always something to see and do, stroll along the beach, swim in the sea, explore the many footpaths and cycle routes in the stunning Welsh countryside. Along the beautiful Ceredigion Coastal Path, follow the Taste Trail, find Smugglers Cove, unravel fascinating history, visit National Trust properties, go dolphin watching, sea fishing or kayaking. This is the perfect property for two wanting either a relaxing retreat or an action packed holiday.

This cosy shepherds hut refurbished in 2017, has interesting features and is filled with natural light and lovely views from the unique windows and doors. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area has a king-size bed, folding table and chairs which are just perfect for breakfast or a game of cards, listening to the radio. The creatively designed kitchen area has a small electric hob, microwave and fridge. On colder evenings enjoy the glow from the wood burner effect electric fire and plan your day’s activities or lose yourself in good book. Enjoy a refreshing shower in the shower room with WC and dry off with fluffy towels, retiring to the comfy king-size bed at the end of the day.

Outside the front door, enjoy alfresco dining on the deck, maybe a BBQ, or picnic on the lawn in the enclosed garden making the most of the stunning views. No doubt you will be tempted to explore the 40 acres of private grounds. There is bicycle and canoe storage available at the property and parking for one car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Location was great peaceful. Shepherds hut had everything you needed for a relaxing break.

Lovely quaint and qwerky shepherds hut. Only book if you can live in a very small space. Enjoyed our stay here but left early as weather wasn't good.
