Reached via its own private road, located within 65 acres of organic meadows and woodlands that guests are invited explore and enjoy. Set around the former farm yard, sympathetically converted from the disused farm buildings the properties retain much of the original character and charm.

Located only 15 minutes from the beautiful Cardigan Bay, with its wealth of stunning sandy beaches and littered with quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbour towns such as Aberaeron and New Quay both offering an array of popular and well regarded restaurants, shops and pubs. A host of activities for the whole family are available a short drive from your doorstep including the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron, the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey, Llain activity centre, Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium to name but a few.

Leisure facilities: the farm offers a well maintained nature trail that meanders through the 65 acres taking in a variety of breeds of sheep, cows, pigs and chickens along the way. Play facilities: guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor playground. Shared utility room: is available onsite. Outside: guests are invited to enjoy all 65 acres and shared gardens. Amenities: ample off-road parking available. Bed linen, electric, Wi-Fi and central heating included. Regret no smoking within the properties. Additional information: short breaks are charged at 3 nights 60%, 4 nights 70% and 5 nights 80% of the full weekly cost. Small shop located onsite selling gifts and fresh seasonal produce from the farm. Location: beach 9 miles, shops and pubs 4 miles.

This hobbit house provides comfortable open-plan living with panoramic views across the open valley. The studio-style accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area, open-plan area with arm chairs, woodburner and TV. Sleeping area has a double bed and built in bunk beds suitable for 2 small children. Dining table and chairs. Well-equipped kitchen area with electric hob and oven and fridge. Shower room: with WC. Outside: shared enclosed lawned area with seating offering views across the open valley.  Amenities: 1 dog welcome, please note that dogs must be kept on leads due to sheep in the adjacent field, however dogs are allowed off leads in the woodland area.

Dogs are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
