Perfect for walkers and beach lovers alike, set within a rural location and yet only a short distance from the coastline. There are many attractions to enjoy within a short drive of the property.

This country property is located on a working farm yet just a couple of miles from the stunning coastline. The semi-detached farmhouse is set just off Dale Road and backs onto rolling countryside, so is ideally positioned for walkers and beach lovers with Broad Haven North and Little Haven less than three miles. The castle town of Haverfordwest is close by offering lots of retail choices and plenty of interesting eateries. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with stunning coastal path makes this an ever-popular destination. For the thrill seekers Oakwood theme park is a short drive and boasts the longest wooden roller coaster ride in Europe. There are plenty of attractions for all ages and many historical attractions nearby.

Enter this spacious country retreat, into the kitchen/diner, with double height ceiling and beams adding lots of character. This well-equipped space has a fabulous range electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A farmhouse door leads to the comfortable lounge with quirky barrel tables and an open fire, a cosy addition to the central heating. From the kitchen area, there is a dog-leg staircase to the first floor, from here there are two bedrooms, the first is a good-sized double, with feature fireplace, dressing table, built-in wardrobe and rural views. The second is a twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a king-size on request), making this suitable for families and couples alike. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Externally, there is a lovely, enclosed garden with sunny aspect, lawn, decked area and BBQ. Off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

I loved the layout of the cottage, a large kitchen/diner and a nice size lounge. My son lives locally so made a New Years lunch for 7 off us plenty of room at the table, the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was so friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. The cottage has a lovely garden ideal for dogs and children. We were close Read moreto so many beautiful places we easily filled in our 7 days, we had a wonderful stay and will hopefully be going back in the future. Hide

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, well equipped and was in a great location for some lovely walks on the coastal path. The garden was nicer than it looks on the web-site. The adjoining building belongs to the owner (David) so our concerns that there may be noisy holiday makers sharing the sitting out area were unfounded. Our family loved staying in this cottage! The owners were so friendly and had provided everything we could possibly need. Very dog friendly. The house was a perfect size, and comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely little cottage in a good central location. Owner was on hand to sort out any issues but we didn't have any. Plenty of space for me, my wife and our two year old son, and all the amenities that we needed. Location is good for travelling to all the local areas / places of interest. This is a wonderful stone built house, which is attached to the main house and overlooks the family sheep and cattle farm. The views are miles and miles of long grass, waving back at you in the wind. Excellent property with very welcoming and friendly owners, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was very well equipped and was certainly a home from home, well presented and very clean.
