Perfect for walkers and beach lovers alike, set within a rural location and yet only a short distance from the coastline. There are many attractions to enjoy within a short drive of the property.

This country property is located on a working farm yet just a couple of miles from the stunning coastline. The semi-detached farmhouse is set just off Dale Road and backs onto rolling countryside, so is ideally positioned for walkers and beach lovers with Broad Haven North and Little Haven less than three miles. The castle town of Haverfordwest is close by offering lots of retail choices and plenty of interesting eateries. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with stunning coastal path makes this an ever-popular destination. For the thrill seekers Oakwood theme park is a short drive and boasts the longest wooden roller coaster ride in Europe. There are plenty of attractions for all ages and many historical attractions nearby.

Enter this spacious country retreat, into the kitchen/diner, with double height ceiling and beams adding lots of character. This well-equipped space has a fabulous range electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A farmhouse door leads to the comfortable lounge with quirky barrel tables and an open fire, a cosy addition to the central heating. From the kitchen area, there is a dog-leg staircase to the first floor, from here there are two bedrooms, the first is a good-sized double, with feature fireplace, dressing table, built-in wardrobe and rural views. The second is a twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a king-size on request), making this suitable for families and couples alike. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Externally, there is a lovely, enclosed garden with sunny aspect, lawn, decked area and BBQ. Off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

We all loved staying here! In an ideal location as only a short distance away from several different beaches and towns. Dave, the owner, was so helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend this cottage!

Perfectly placed for access to the beautiful Pembrokeshire beaches, the cottage was very comfortable and well equiped. We (and the dog) were made very welcome by the owner who not only took the time to point out some of the local places to visit but also made sure everything in the cottage was OK for us at the start, middle and end of our stay. If you want to be close to several fantastic beaches then this is the cottage for you. A superbly situated cottage, which offers a home from home environment. Really well equipped and spotless. Dave is an excellent host and was always on hand if we had any questions. We will definatley be revisiting.

Solbury Farm was absolutely brilliant :) Lovely cottage, owned by great hosts. A perfect base to visit the delights of Pembrokeshire. We loved it and our dog Riggs really enjoyed his first holiday there.. Would highly recommend this property.

We have had a fantastic two week stay at Solbury Farm and we would thoroughly recommend it. We were made to feel very welcome both on arrival and during our stay by Dave and Phil. Lovely cottage, very child and dog friendly. Well placed for quick jaunts to Little / Broad Haven. Well equipped kitchen, loved having open fire every night with generous supply of logs. Owner David very accommodating and generously let us stay an extra night after we were delayed by the 'beast from the east'!

Spacious, comfortable, very well equipped. Owner was lovely and couldn't have been more welcoming. Endless supply of logs was really generous. Dog washing facilities in the garden were a brilliant idea. Really comfy beds. Enclosed garden for the dogs was a bonus. Probably the best cottage we've stayed at in Pembrokeshire.
