Enjoying a peaceful location, with far reaching views, this detached barn has been restored to create the perfect haven for relaxing and enjoying the countryside.

Just a short distance from one of the principal towns of Carmarthenshire, Ammanford, the heartland of mining in west Wales. Both the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains are within easy access for keen walkers and cyclists. The Carmel nature reserve brings together a range of unique habitats including woodland, grassland, heath land and bog. Carreg Cennen Castle, one of the most famous and privately owned castles in Wales. The National Botanic Garden of Wales with its restored gardens and excellent tea room. The National Showcaves of Wales makes a great family day out. A little further afield, Pembrey beach with golden sands and views across Carmarthen Bay. Leisure facilities: the owner can arrange a fishing permit for the Towy and Cothi.
 
This traditional accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin on the first floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV, DVD and woodburner. Dining area. Kitchen: well-equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room: with washing machine. Outside: an enclosed garden with open aspect seating area with garden table, chairs and exclusive hot tub. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, solar panelled hot water, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: shop and pub 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

We had such an amazing Christmas break at the cottage. Very relaxing, beautiful scenery and lovely walks. Highly recommended

My friends and I booked this beautiful cottage for a birthday weekend and it lived up to all expectations. Other than that it was clean, comfortable and all with a beautiful view. The hot tub was also a major selling point! Will definitely return in Spring. And the geese were also super friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Location was lovely with gorgeous views- hot tub was spectacular. Kitchen facilities were perfect and the hosts were ever so friendly practically had our own travel reps. Will definitely come back!
