1 OF 3 COTTAGES SET WITHIN 12 ACRES OF A FISHERY NESTLED IN THE EASTERN CLEDDAU VALLEY WITH BREATHTAKING SURROUNDINGS (SLEEPS 4+2)

This lovingly restored property has been designed with great care and style making the most of the surrounding views. Sitting in the heart of the valley and overlooked by Llawhaden castle it is the perfect location for exploring and taking countryside walks along the eastern Cleddau river.

The fishery has been created by former World Champion Ian Heaps and offers variety between its 3 lakes and a mile of salmon and sea-trout river. Close to the market town of Narberth, with its multi coloured Edwardian and Georgian buildings and independent shops selling items from fine art to food, with vintage and antique shops, plus plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Attractions in the area include Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm Adventure Park, Canaston Woods for walking, cycling and horse riding and the Blue Lagoon Water Park.

Leisure facilities: on site complementary fishing, carp, crucian and match lakes, plus river fishing. Tackle shop on site. Shared utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed patio and shared lawn area and seating. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and Wi-Fi included. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking. The fishing facilities are for the use of guests and public. Location: beach 12 miles, pubs and shops 2 miles.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 twins. On the ground floor, 1 double with TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC, on the ground floor. Lounge: with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge with ice compartment. Arrival 4pm.

Very well equipped kitchen, reasonably comfortable beds, we were a family of 4 in the 3 bedroomed cottage, and that was perfect. If you went as a group of 6 the living space would be too crowded. Bedrooms were perfect though, and 2 bathrooms too. Lots to do in the area, nice peaceful spot, quite out of the way of things.

Very nice accommodation on a very nice site. None of us fish, and so we used to good effect the very central location to visit places in West Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. Scott made us very welcome, and was always at hand to help with our enquiries.
