A characterful converted barn overlooking the Cleddau estuary in picturesque Hundleton.

On a quiet complex of four holiday properties, this beautiful barn is perfectly located for enjoying the peace and tranquility of the Pembrokeshire countryside. Nature lovers will enjoy spotting the variety of birds and coastal wildlife, and the coastal path runs over common ground nearby, providing excellent walking opportunities. Also nearby is the town of Pembroke; here, explore the Norman castle, the shops and tea rooms. Many sandy beaches are within a 15 minute drive, while the bustling seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are approximately 11 miles away - great for a day trip.

With its exposed beams and large windows, the barn makes the most of its location. Relax in the spacious lounge and take it all in, or watch TV or a DVD in front of the electric fire. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine. The accommodation is all on one level, meaning the property’s three bedrooms are all also on the ground floor. There’s a double bedroom with a TV and two twins, making this a great property for families. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC, and there’s a shower room with shower and WC.

Outside you’ll find a private patio and garden furniture to the rear, so you can sit in the sun and enjoy the countryside views, and a shared open lawn to the front overlooking the river. The complex also has a slipway to the Cleddau estuary - great for boating enthusiasts - and there is ample parking.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The cottage was ideal size and location for us, lots of walks close by which was great as we took 3 dogs. Very peaceful spot.

Great location within walking distance of Pembroke and the cottage had everything you could want for a weeks stay. Just one minus and only a slight one, the village pub is within walking distance but doesnt allow dogs in.

Quaint spacious cottage, could use a furniture update but overall a lovely rural place with a fantastic view. Well equipped kitchen- had everything you would need and more.

The cottage was clean and spacious although a little too isolated for us. There is a restaurant a short distance away but it only opens in the evening. Its a long walk to the nearest shop so make sure you bring plenty of provisions with you. If you like peace and solitude you would love this cottage.

The cottage was beautiful, very clean and tidy with plenty or room for us. (2 adults 1 child and 2 med/large dogs) We love the location as it is very quiet down a lane with no traffic - but only 4 minute walk to the Estuary to walk the dogs or a 10 minute drive to nearest dog friendly beach that has excellent amenities. The short woodland walk off Read moreto one side of the cottages is excellent for giving the dogs a quick run too if you don't want to go to far in the evening. Hide

The cottage/ barn was beautiful, finished to a great standard. Setting was perfect down the end of a lane with stunning views over the estuary, situation was great for exploring Pembrokeshire.

A clean warm and well equipped cottage in a secluded location but with easy access to local facilities and tourist spots. The bedrooms are quite small but functional and access to the 2nd shower room is restricted. There is ample parking and good walks right on the doorstep.

Excellent views over the estuary. very nice well presented converted barns. Excellent value for money. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable beds :-) Location is rural but still close enough to walk to the local pub for a meal/drink etc. Would recommend.

Nice spacious converted barn in a fairly remote but quiet location with good views. Warm and comfortable, ideal for a largish family. Close to coastal path if you like to walk and the weather is suitable.
