Charming cottage set on the outskirts of a small village in the picturesque Pewsey Vale. With many scenic walking routes running directly from the property, ideal for a country walk before trying out the local pub.

Set within a secluded and peaceful lane on the outskirts of the village of Bottlesford, this character cottage is ideally situated for taking in the local history, with sites such as Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, Avebury and Caen Hill locks in Devizes all within easy reach. Salisbury Plain is a stone’s throw from the property and offers stunning scenery, ideal for walkers and cyclists. The village has a pub, farm shop and cafe or take a trip to nearby Pewsey, which offers a wider choice of local conveniences. For those seeking an afternoon of retail therapy, Salisbury and Swindon are easily accessible by car.

The welcoming entrance hall leads into an open-plan kitchen/diner. This spacious room is the ideal spot for a relaxed family meal and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. A beautiful cottage in a very peaceful location which has been tastefully restored.We had all the amenities we needed and it was lovely to be able to sit out in the peaceful garden.The garden had several seating areas - so we could view the garden from different locations.We would certainly return to the cottage in the future.
