This characterful property is set within a small working arable and beef farm in the heart of Wiltshire, on the south western edge of the ever popular Cotswolds. Positioned alongside a rustic courtyard, the pretty town of Corsham is only a short walk away and has a choice of pubs and shops, ideal for those essential supplies. Golfers and food lovers will enjoy exploring the delights on offer in the local area, with an abundance of pretty towns and villages all being accessible from here. Visit Bath to explore the stunning Abbey and Roman Baths or take a trip to the National Trust owned Lacock Village, a must see for lovers of history.

From the parking area a short walk across the farmyard brings you to the semi-detached property. On entering the barn, you are met by a spacious entrance hallway, which leads into a bright and airy open-plan lounge/diner. The inviting lounge area has a wood burner, TV and DVD, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day spent exploring. Immediately opposite is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a separate WC to complete the first floor.

Heading outside from the kitchen area, you will find a pretty enclosed courtyard with split terraces linked by steps, with garden furniture and BBQ, making it the perfect spot for enjoying a meal outdoors. A private utility room can be found in an outbuilding immediately to the rear of the barn and contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Off-road parking for two cars can be found within the yard adjacent to the property.
