A spacious barn with charm and character, exposed stone walls, wood burner and private courtyard. With good road links making this the ideal location for a relaxed break in the beautiful Cotswolds.

This charming property is positioned around a rustic courtyard in the heart of Wiltshire, on the south western fringes of the Cotswolds. Set within a small working arable and beef farm, it is the perfect spot for walkers and nature lovers alike. The pretty town of Corsham is a short walk away and offers a choice of local conveniences. Perhaps while away some time with a round of golf, or try out one of the many popular eateries in the area. The barn is the ideal base for those that want to explore the whole of the Cotswolds and beyond, with an abundance of pretty towns and villages all being accessible from here.

From the parking area, a short walk across the farmyard brings you to the semi-detached property. On entering the barn, you are met by a spacious entrance hallway, which leads into a bright and airy open-plan lounge/diner with a stable door overlooking your private courtyard. The inviting lounge area has a wood burner, TV and DVD, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day spent exploring. Leading on from here is the charming country style kitchen, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Heading back into the hallway and up a flight of stairs you will find a spacious double bedroom, a twin room and a bunk bedroom. A bathroom with shower over bath and WC is adjacent and a separate WC completes the first floor.

Heading outside from the lounge, you will find a pretty enclosed courtyard with split terraces linked by steps, with garden furniture and a BBQ. Located directly outside of the kitchen, it’s the perfect spot for enjoying a meal outdoors. Off-road parking for two cars can be found within the yard adjacent to the property.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
