Contemporary two-storey property sleeping four, situated on a vibrant and well-appointed holiday complex on the North Yorkshire coast, with on-site facilities including an indoor pool, spa, gym, and tennis courts with easy beach access.

This property is situated on the prestigious holiday village, The Bay Filey, on Yorkshire’s stunning coastline. There are plenty of on-site facilities, but equally there is lots to see and do in the area surrounding the property, not least the fantastic North Yorkshire Moors National Park, where visitors can take in the spectacular scenery whilst enjoying walks, bike rides, or pony trekking. To the north of the property, the town of Scarborough is just ten miles away and is a traditional seaside resort offering a popular beach, amusement arcades, ice cream parlours, an aquarium, and the fantastic Alpamare water park.

When guests arrive at this property, they enter in to the hallway and leading into the open-plan lounge/diner, a bright and spacious room with patio doors opening onto the garden. A welcoming and relaxing space, there is a TV/DVD which can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofa, or from the dining table. The separate kitchen has been finished in a contemporary style and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, and dishwasher, as well as an iPod dock. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with WC. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The first of these is the master double room, which not only benefits from a Juliet balcony, but also has its own TV/DVD. The second bedroom is another double room which also has a cot in it. The bathroom, meanwhile, offers a shower-over-bath and WC.

To the rear of the property, there is a garden area which has a patio seating area with garden furniture and a BBQ. In addition to this, guests have access to the wealth of facilities offered within the leisure complex, including a heated indoor pool, a spa, tennis courts, bike hire, children’s playground, sports pitches, a lake, putting course, gym, and a pub and restaurant. (Please note that some of these facilities are seasonal and some incur an additional charge). A path leads from the park down to the sandy beach, perfect for sunbathing, paddling, and playing.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Owner met us at the cottage on arrival. He showed us around and explained everything. He left contact number if we had any problems. We had a wonderful holiday and were so comfortable staying in the cottage. Excellent service from the owners after the holiday. My husband had left his coat at the cottage.
