Lovely cottage in a great setting. Just needs tweaks to bring it back up to 5 Star. The welcome pack was definitely not as pictured online - Tesco white wine, Tesco crisps, box of 6 Mr Kipling cakes and a bag of breadsticks. Some technical issues (oven and shower) need to be addressed but overall had a lovely week. Hot tub a bit of a faff so didnt Read morebother. Nice quiet village but no shop! Pub OK for a meal. Hide

Brilliant relaxing time in a beautiful cottage. Just a couple of niggles. The fan oven didn't work properly and the microwave was very poor, could do with a more equipment in the kitchen, we had to go and buy a pyrex bowl to use in the microwave. We had a lovely week at Hare Cottage. The owner, Jo, was extremely helpful and welcoming, and quickly sorted out the problem with the heating. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable and the view from the lounge and bedroom windows was outstanding. We would recommend Hare Cottage to all country lovers (and their dogs)!

All I can really say is... WOW. What a stunning location for the most beautiful cottage that we have stayed in. We chose to stay at Hare Cottage on the eve of our wedding day and for a few days after. Could not recommend this place enough. We are hoping to be back for our 1 year anniversary. Hide

We had a very pleasent stay and the viws were exceptional. It would have been easier if we did not have to keep opening the gates although the owner did let us keep the nearest one open when we went out.

Beautiful views from this property. Smaller than expected but beautifully furnished. The property has two gates to open to get into the driveway which the owners like to be closed at all times. Cottage was very pleasant, although living area was smaller than we expected, making it rather cramped for four adults.Owner was very helpful, but on holiday for the week, so the oven did not get the repair it needs to work properly. Kitchen utensils were not good quality. Also, showers were difficult to adjust to suitable temperatures.
