This property is located to the south-east of Harrogate town centre, just a short walk away from everything that the town has to offer. Just 0.3 miles from apartment, the towns impressive 200-acre parkland, The Stray is a popular place to relax, walk, and play with both visitors and locals alike, whilst the extensive gardens of RHS Harlow Carr are located just 2 miles to the west of the town. The railway station is also 0.2 miles from the property, excellent for those who prefer to leave the car at home or make the most of the regular services to the nearby cities of York and Leeds.

From the outside of this contemporary apartment building nine steps lead down to the apartments hallway which, in turn, brings guests to the lounge/diner. In this generously proportioned room guests will find a dining table seating four, and two plump sofas which allows guests to relax in front of the TV with Sky Sports and movie package and living flame fire. Next to the lounge, the sleek, glossy kitchen offers an excellent range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The washer/dryer, meanwhile, can be found in a separate laundry room. The master bedroom is a wonderfully spacious room offering a double bed and plenty of storage space, whilst the second bedroom is a single room which has an additional pull-out bed which can be booked on request for a modest additional charge. The wet room is finished to a high standard and offers a large walk-in shower and WC, whilst the bathroom has a deep corner bath and WC.

There is free roadside parking in front of the property, with further parking available in nearby public car parks.

Very well fitted contemporary basement apartment in Harrogate, we stayed for a week and had a great time around North Yorkshire. Very nice owners most helpful. Definitely recommend.
